No stranger to scoring remarkable goals— see the overhead kick against England in 2012 — the big-booted Swede also specializes in knocking down dead balls into the back of the net. With plentiful free kicks to his name, here are eleven of our favorite Zlatan Ibrahimovic free-kicks of all time.

vs. England (Nov 2012)

With a 30-yard free-kick, Zlatan Ibrahimovic put his side up 3-2 against England to complete the hat trick. But the fourth goal topped it off. In one of the most ridiculous goals ever (check out our best bicycle kicks of all-time) Ibrahimovic scored a stunning 30-yard overhead kick that has been on replay around the world ever since.

vs FC Sochaux-Montbéliard (5-0) – 07/12/13

An accurate kick, indeed, but Ibrahimovic's shot power makes his free-kick at the penalty arc against FC Sochaux-Montbéliard impossible to save. No curve needed, just cannon legs.

Inter Milan vs. Fiorentina 2008/09

In a murderous free-kick against Fiorentina, Ibrahimovic thumped the ball from about 35 yards out toward the left corner of the goal. The ball smacked the top post before ricocheting down and in.

AC Milan vs. Cagliari Calcio 2011/2012

From 30 yards out, Ibrahimovic booted a curler against Cagliari Calcio that dances mid-air from the middle of the penalty box and winds up into the left back of the net.

Paris Saint Germain vs Olympique de Marseille – 12/13

In a Ligue 1 game in the 2012/13 season, Ibrahimovic blasted a 35-yard kick that registered 63mph kick against Olympique de Marseille. From the goalie's perspective, the curve must've been impossible to predict.

Sweden vs. Denmark 2015, Euro 2016

In a Euro 2016 qualifying match against Denmark, the dead ball specialist whipped a belter around the wall and into the back of the net. Zlatan later remarked: “I sent them into retirement.”

Sweden vs. , qualifier

With an initial run-through diversion from one of his teammates, Ibrahimovic crushed a low hanging ball from the penalty arc. Despite Ibra's brace, however, it was Ronaldo who scored a hat-trick to fire Portugal into World Cup 2014.

Paris St Germain vs. Nice 2016

In his last season with the Parisians, Zlatan ripped home a free-kick just outside the penalty box with crazy power. While the goalie got a piece of it, it did nothing to stop the ball's thunder of momentum.

Inter Milan vs. US Palermo 2012

Registered at 77mph, Ibrahomivic appeared to kick the ball with such venom the ball bounces back out after it hits the back of the net. The goalie never got a finger on it.

Barcelona vs Real Zaragoza 2009/10

While he spent only one year with the FC Barcelona side, he made sure his goals were memorable. This set piece blast from 35 yards out contains so much power and pace the goalie tries to bat it, but he does so in the back of the net.

Paris St Germain vs Stade Brestois 2012-13

With his dead-ball specialist teammate in the background, Ibrahimovic curved one around the Stade Brestois defense and elevated it into the left corner. The goalie touches the thunderbolt of a kick with zero chance of hitting it away.

AC Milan vs Roma 2021-22

There seems to be no slowing down for this 40-year-old. Zlatan deploys a methodical low-ground missile to put it past AS Roma's keeper in a 2-1 victory. The goal, Ibra's 400th domestic strike, also ended Mourinho's 43-game unbeaten run at home in the Serie A. Just Zlatan things.
