Barcelona introduced a new away kit for the upcoming 2019/20 season that pays tribute to the club’s 40th anniversary of its iconic La Masia youth academy.
The shirt features the same golden yellow colorway and diagonal blaugrana strip as the iconic 1979 kit — the year Johan Cruyff established the school.
A blue and red trim flank the respective sleeves, with the V-neck featuring the Catalonia flag on the back collar. The socks and shorts accompanying the kit are yellow, with the option for blue shorts as well.
From the school that birthed the likes of iconic players Guardiola, Iniesta, Xavi, and Messi — now comes a modern take on a classic kit.
