Marcus Rashford set to receive exclusive Nike signature boot collection

Marcus Rashford to get very own Nike signature boots

Nike are preparing to reward Manchester United standout Marcus Rashford with his own exclusive boot later this year. Rashford was once the youngest footballer to ever sign for the iconic brand at eleven years old.

The England international has been in top form this campaign, scoring 27 goals across all 47 matches during the 2022-2023 season. Rashford's resurgence has come under United's new boss Erik Ten Hag, who's turned the striker into a Golden Boot nominee.

Rashford currently wears the predominantly white Nike Zoom Mercurial Superfly 9.

The Nike Mercurial Superfly is tailor-made for fast players, thanks to its sleek design, snug Vaporposite+ upper, and cushioned Zoom Air soleplate. Its slim profile ensures a light and agile feel, while the tight fit of the upper offers enhanced control and precision.

The Mercurial line will also feature Rashford's signature boot which expects to drop this fall.

Rashford joins a special list of Nike-sponsored players who've received personalized boots, including Ronaldo Nazario, Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Nike created a one-of-a-kind pair of blackout Superfly 7 boots for Rashford in October 2020 as a tribute to his remarkable humanitarian efforts. Nike designed the cleats to highlight Rashford's contributions to the Black Lives Matter movement and his unwavering dedication to providing children with free school meals.

He eventually put his special edition boots up for grabs in a charity prize draw.

The previously injured Rashford returned to training on Wednesday. Manchester United expects him to travel with the team for the second-leg Europa League match against Sevilla tomorrow night.
