Sportswear giant have suited with a special pair of boots for becoming Paris St.Germain's all-time leading goalscorer.

The 24-year-old French striker surpassed as PSG's all-time leading scorer by scoring his 201st goal in all competitions. The goal came two minutes into stoppage time in the team's 4-2 win against Nantes on Saturday.

The victory also helped PSG extend their Ligue 1 lead by 11 points.

Nike x MBappe KM201 Boots

Kylian Mbappe is one of the best footballers in the world, so it's no surprise Nike designed the commemorative boot to celebrate his achievement.

The Frenchman currently wears the Nike Mercurial Superfly 9 Dream Speed 6. Nike even designed him a special “France” pair for the last World Cup.

But the Nike x MBappe KM201 boots are a real throwback to his first goal with PSG. During that September 2017 match against FC Metz, the striker wore the Nike Mercurial Vapor 11.

Interestingly, also scored his first goal for Sporting Lisbon in the iconic football cleat back in 2002. Ronaldo is one of Mbappe's idols.

Mbappe's Nike Mercurial Vapor 11 2017 boots are predominantly gold/yellow with a black swoosh. They feature the number 201 on the sides to signal the player's scored.

The cleats also include PSG's iconic blue and red Hechter stripe on the back. Baked in is the text which indicates the matchup and date of Mbappe's first strike for Paris.

Could Mbappe sport the new boots in PSG's Champions League clash against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night?

He just might, as the boot received Nike's Dynamic Fit Sock. This feature has become increasingly popular as it allows for a more natural and responsive feel on the pitch.
