is back at ! Well, almost.

According to BBC Sport, Barcelona have reached an agreement with PSG to sign Neymar.

The Catalan side has upped its cash offer of €100 million to €200 million plus 19-year-old center back Jean-Clair Todibo and Ivan Rakitic and Ousmane Dembele on a one-year loan. Of course, the agreement depends on the consent of the three Barcelona players involved in the transfer.

“An agreement was reached between clubs and between Barcelona and the player,” said Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia. “In the coming hours the parties will sign on the dotted line and make official Neymar's return to the Camp Nou—his first home in Europe before becoming the most expensive player in history.”

The return of MSN (Messi, Suarez, Neymar)

PSG spent a record €222 million in the summer of 2017 to woo Neymar over from Camp Nou.  And while the forward's numbers have been impressive, his attitude has been less so.

The 27-year-old Brazilian wantaway failed to show up to PSG's pre-season training with clear intent he wanted to go elsewhere for the 2019-20 season.

But it was not quite certain, at least up until now, that the next destination would be Barcelona.

The Blaugrana submitted three offers for Neymar — all rejected — while Real Madrid tried to hijack the transfer with a swap for Vinicius Jr. plus cash at the last minute. The Spanish transfer window closes next Tuesday, September 2.

The addition of the Brazilian star adds even more firepower to Barcelona's arsenal. However, Ernesto Valverde will need to work Neymar in with new signing Antoine Griezmann, plus incumbents Messi and . The latter would also mark the return of the original grandmasters, the MSN (Messi, Suarez, Neymar), with 302 between the three.

Neymar helped Barcelona win 8 trophies, including the club's last Champions League title during the 2014-15 season. Should he make a sensational return to Barcelona, fans will expect nothing less than the team's sixth Champions League title.
