PSG have reportedly set a €150m price tag on in light of Barcelona's continued pursuit to bring the Brazilian back to Catalonia this summer.

PSG were previously resistant to the notion of selling Neymar, having blocked the then 27-year-old's move to last summer. It was later revealed that PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi had pinned an outrageous €300m price tag (in cash) on the player in order to thwart interest from Barcelona.

The Catalan giants are desperate to see the return of deadly trio of MSN — , , and Neymar. Barcelona club president Josep Bartomeu is also eager to fulfill his role with a title before his mandate ends in 2021.

Barcelona are looking to replace many areas of their beleaguered squad, starting with Neymar who's notched a fruitful 69 in 80 games for PSG.

The Blaugrana are also in the market for Inter Milan and attacking sensation Lautaro Martinez. But with a price tag of €110m, signing the Argentine could be limited. However, Barcelona could afford Red Bull Leipzig's goal machine Timo Werner at nearly half the price.

Barcelona need additional defensive reinforcements to replace the aging Gerard Pique with a desire to fill in gaps at the left and right-back positions.

Can Barcelona snatch their main man this time around?

The nearest PSG and Barcelona were to finalizing a deal over Neymar last summer existed of €130 million plus Rakitic, Todibo and a loan for Dembele.

Although PSG is eagerly offering Neymar this time around at a clear-cut price, his wages could amount to a mammoth €70 million per year on top of Camp Nou's exorbitant player salaries.

According to Don Balon, PSG would also be interested in an apparent swap deal for Neymar, seeing Philippe Coutinho go to Paris for Neymar with Barcelona paying up an additional €70 million. Coutinho, a Blaugrana outcast,  is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.

Neymar is coming off a sensational turnaround for PSG in the Champions League, scoring in PSG's victory over Borussia Dortmund in the second leg to move on to the last 8.

With all that's been rumored around the Neymar transfer saga and PSG's preference to hang on to MBappe at all costs, the Brazilian and Barca might finally get their much-awaited reunion.
